At Karma, every order is made with care and intention. Whether it’s our custom hydration kits or our stick packs. Each order is carefully customized, which means we are unable to restock or resell returned items. For this reason, we do not accept returns on orders that have already left our fulfillment center and we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Order Placement and Promotions: Once an order has been placed and confirmed, the transaction is considered final, and any promotions or discounts applicable at the time of order placement will be honored. These promotions include but are not limited to sale prices, discount codes, coupons, gift with purchase, or any other promotional offers available during the order placement process.
Exclusion of Post-Order Promotions: We regret to inform you that any promotions, discounts, or offers received or advertised after an order has been placed will not be applicable to that specific order. This policy applies regardless of whether the post-order promotion is for the same product(s) or any other item(s) available on our platform.
